Easy Steps to Slowly Overcoming Your Fear

Think of something or someone that scares you.

Open Your Heart:Open Your Heart

  1. Your heart chakra or heart energy centre is in the middle of your chest. Imagine a small, green circle in front of your chest—green is the colour or light frequency of the heart chakra.
  2. Visualize that small circle growing until it encompasses your entire body and being.
  3. Focus on this unconditional, loving light all around you for a few seconds or as long as you like.

Imagine yourself with the thing/person that scares you or doing whatever activity scares you.

Open Your Hear and Surround Your FearExpand your green circle until it also encompasses the thing/person or activity that scares you.

Focus for a few seconds or as long as you like on sending—and really feeling—unconditional, loving light to whatever you fear. The first few times you do this visualization, this step might be hard to do—maybe even impossible—but keep trying; it will get easier.

Repeat often, at least once a day if possible.

Follow the same steps when you feel scared, in the moment.

You can overcome any fear if you take it slowly, use these easy steps, and never give up. You can do it.
