Your Body Language Can Change Your Behaviour

Listen to this excellent TED talk by Amy Cuddy, a social psychologist who talks about her research on how simples changes to our physical poses—power poses vs weak poses—can have a significant impact on how we feel about ourselves and on how we behave. Power poses help us to feel more powerful and help to reduce stress levels.
